Seems like we have the exact same taste. Firstly, can you please post pictures of the enchiladas/tacos next time? Although I’ll be super jelly, those have to be shown :) Second, passion fruit is the best (my favorite fruit in SE Asia!!) and pho is my life. Your food for the weekend sounds like perfection.
